Partner Workspaces

Your Workspace Inside LONA

LONA is not one product that every partner enters the same way. It is a longitudinal substrate that different professional roles hold different parts of: the participant at the centre, practitioners and facilitators carrying the practice, physicians and researchers receiving structured evidence, care coordinators holding continuity across a pathway, cultural institutions hosting the rooms where participation happens, and family admins holding the household view.

No role sees more than its responsibility requires. What each role receives is a workspace scoped to that responsibility, drawing on the same underlying record, translated into the language, evidence, and reporting standards their own field already trusts.

Each professional role in the ecosystem has its own workspace, its own signal layer, and its own return. Select your role to see what LONA holds for you.

The Participant

Holds the Living Archive. Every role below draws on the same substrate, scoped to its responsibility.

Medical Doctors

Refers in, receives a closure note. Never sees reflection content.

Practitioners

Delivers the session. Sees intervention notes, not raw reflections.

Facilitators

Holds the group. Sees group signals, never the individual inside it.

Cultural Institutions

Hosts the programme. Sees aggregate reach, never one participant.

Research Partners

Runs the study. Sees scoped, consented data layers only.

No role sees more than its responsibility requires. Raw reflection content never crosses these lines without explicit consent.

Medical Doctors

Clinical Entry Points

The referring physician is the clinical entry point and the clinical receiving point. They do not author inside the substrate, they do not run reflections, and they are not asked to fill in a single retrospective questionnaire at the end of the pathway. They refer the participant in at the start, and at pathway close a structured closure note arrives in their inbox, drawn directly from the longitudinal record, scoped to the consent classes the participant has granted, and ready for the clinical record. The pathway window is set by the prescribing clinician: 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or longer, depending on what the developmental context requires.

The contribution of the Medical Doctor to the shared aim is decisive. Without their willingness to refer in and to read back the closure note, arts and health remains a parallel field that the formal health system never sees. With it, every pathway becomes a piece of legitimate clinical evidence that arts and health belongs inside the integrated record, not next to it. LONA gives the Medical Doctor the highest evidence-readiness their role needs at zero retrospective burden, exactly because their time is the most expensive part of the system to take.

How You Enter

Enters as a referrer, not as a deliverer. Typically a general practitioner working alongside a link worker. May also be a hospital-based clinician using LONA as a discharge or recovery pathway.

What You Do

Identifies a developmental need that fits a LONA pathway, completes a structured referral, and writes the clinical context the receiving environment needs to hold the participant well. Does not deliver the developmental experience.

What You Receive

A structured referral acknowledgement, a high-level developmental trajectory if the participant has consented to return, contributor recognition inside the LONA referrer record, and access to the LONA clinical liaison environment. The clinician also holds a personal Inner Studio inside the same dashboard and engages there as a Participant in their own developmental work: because the clinician's own health matters to LONA.

What You Do Not See

The clinician sees only structural signals from inside LONA, scoped to consented return information such as completion, continuity, and developmental trajectory at a high level. The clinician does not see participant reflection content. Information flow into the clinical record happens only with explicit participant consent.

Your Workspace

What the clinician sees on entering the workspace. A structured referral console, a return channel for high-level developmental trajectory, and a clinical liaison environment.

Structured Referral

Identify, Contextualise, Hand Over

A console for identifying a developmental need that fits a LONA pathway, writing the clinical context the receiving environment requires, and completing a structured referral. The clinician does not deliver the developmental experience.

Trajectory Return

High-Level, Consented Signals

If the participant has consented to return information, the clinician sees structural signals such as referral acknowledgement, completion, continuity, and developmental trajectory at a high level. Reflection content is never returned.

Pathway Closure Note

Drawn From the Longitudinal Record

At pathway close a structured closure note lands in the clinician's inbox, built from the full longitudinal substrate across the agreed window and scoped to the consent classes the participant has granted. The clinician sets the pathway duration: 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or longer. Validated outcome scores, adherence rhythm, safety log, recommendation, and sign-off. Ready for the clinical record.

Clinical Liaison Environment

Cross-Clinician Coordination

A held environment for clinicians inside primary care networks and partner clinics to coordinate, share structural learning, and remain connected to the wider architecture.

Collaboration Dossier

For Partners Exploring a Collaboration

We share a full collaboration dossier with organisations and individuals who are exploring a serious partnership with LONA. It contains the architecture, the evidence logic, the role structure, and the terms of collaboration. If you are at that stage, write to us. Tell us briefly where you are coming from and what kind of collaboration you are considering. We will send the dossier directly.
